Job Description (MUST BE BILINGUAL)
You will help to resolve issues with proprietary software via chat, phone and email in a business to business setting.
Responsibilities:
Actively listen to clients to understand their issues and concerns
Provide technical support for proprietary software as well as basic windows, and hardware troubleshooting in local and remote(VM) environments
Provide timely response to email/phone/IM requests both internal and external
Teaching clients
How to use software from simple to complex processes
Provide corrective action to prevent callbacks
Resolve issues for clients via phone therapy, remote access, and admin tools
Track detailed information on client issues and resolutions
Project confidence in our product and utiliza its strength to fill client needs
Ability to identify and escalate system issues to tier ?
Quickly build rapport and maintain positive and professional relations
Qualifications
MUST be Bilingual
Live in the following states: MI, NC, FL, or TX
HS Diploma or equivalent
Have reliable, self maintained internet and backup for emergencies
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Flexible schedule with full time availability
Preferred
Previous experience in IT, customer service, wireless retail or other related fields
Familiar with basic windows troubleshooting including Microsoft Suite, printer setups and basic networking setup
