Job Description

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating system
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must reside in the United States
Responsibilities
