What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Develop and maintain strategic forecast and capacity planning models for workforce planning and budgeting
• Collaborate with various departments to create cost-effective staff plans that meet business objectives
• Conduct root cause and scenario analyses to assist in strategic and tactical planning initiatives
• Analyze historical data and trends to enhance forecasting models
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 3+ years of experience in developing complex analytical models using Excel, Python, R, or similar tools
• 2+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning and statistical modeling
• 2+ years of experience in SQL with the ability to construct complex queries for data analysis
• 2+ years of experience using Tableau or Power BI
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Academic or industry experience in supply chain optimization, data science, machine learning, or operations research
• Experience in forecasting and capacity modeling
• ETL experience
