Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous customer service experience preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
6. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
8. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
