Position Overview: As a Remote Financial Educator, your role will play a pivotal part in our growth and influence. Effective communication skills will be of paramount importance as you manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that our mission and values are communicated clearly to both internal and external stakeholders. You will have a multifaceted set of responsibilities, including client consultation, conducting 1-on-1 Zoom interviews with other potential financial educators & advisors who wish to transition to us, organizing virtual group training sessions, and coordinating engaging virtual office events.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls: Effective communication is key. You will be responsible for managing phone interactions to ensure that our mission and values are communicated clearly to clients and potential team members.
2. Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom interviews: You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential financial educators & advisors who align with our commitment to financial literacy and community empowerment. Your ability to connect and evaluate candidates will be central to building a cohesive and effective team.
3. Organize virtual group training sessions: Equipping our team members with the necessary skills is essential for their success and the effectiveness of our mission. You will facilitate virtual training sessions to ensure that our agents are well-prepared to make a meaningful impact.
4. Coordinate engaging virtual office events: Cultivating an inclusive environment is crucial to our success. You will be in charge of planning and executing virtual office events that promote camaraderie, provide avenues for professional growth, and drive personal development among our team members.
5. Empower and equip team members: Your support and guidance will be a driving force behind the success of our team members. Providing them with the necessary tools and skills will enable them to make a substantial impact on our mission.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should:
• Possess proficiency in conducting 1-on-1 Zoom interviews and facilitating Zoom meetings.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both in written and verbal interactions, especially when engaging with candidates over the phone.
• Be familiar with social media platforms to amplify our community impact.
• Ensure a reliable Wi-Fi connection and maintain a dedicated computer setup; smartphones or tablets are not suitable for this role.
