Requirements

- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
