Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas, doing laundry, and washing dishes.
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
Monitor and report any changes in clients physical or mental health to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
