What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
– Provide excellent customer service with empathy and understanding
– Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry
– Gather and review patient billing and medical information
– Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Must reside in Irving, TX or surrounding areas
– Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
– Strong work attitude with a willingness to assist others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous experience in a medical call center is a plus
– Familiarity with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
