What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical prior authorization
• Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry and information management
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information
• Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure effective patient coverage
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and effectively use dual monitors
• Strong work attitude with a willingness to assist others
• Experience in a medical call center is a plus but not required

• Previous experience in a medical call center setting
