• Job Summary*
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Duties*
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, and email
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Maintain accurate customer records in the database
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Qualifications*
-Must reside / be located in the United States
-Windows PC I5 CPU or better with 8GB RAM or more
-Internet speeds greater than 50MB per second hard wired connection
-Requires USB headset
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
– Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
– Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer… issues promptly
– Ability to handle credit card transactions accurately if required
– Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
