The Opportunity
Remote Account Manager opportunity with the main focus of growing the Glucerna brand and the sales through Business Delivery at Costco.
What Youll Work On
Foster strong customer relations with Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and ICS.
Deliver Net Sales growth and share objectives.
Effectively negotiate trade deals to drive profitable business and positive ROI. Manage Trade Budget, Rate and Drive Net Sales Realization.
Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast.
Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape.
Own customer meetings and create the tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbotts key objectives.
Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics.
Actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results.
Core competencies needed for the Sr. National Account Manager include the ability to adapt, initiative, the ability to innovate, display a high level of integrity and to effectively work closely with the extended team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
2-3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry to Costco
Strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objective
Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana
