Description:
• Provide accounts payable support and perform accounting clerical duties to the accounting department.
• Supports Chief Financial Officer by handling administrative tasks to ensure proper financial documentation and processing.
• Duties include providing administrative and bookkeeping assistance and data entry.
Requirements:
• Minimum high school degree or equivalent (Associate’s Degree or higher a plus)
• Prior office experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering positive work culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required; proficiency in Quickbooks Online a plus.
