Description:
• Support multiple functions and processes within Payment and Deposit Operations
• Primary responsibility is operation support of ACH and Vault applications
• Performs business analysis for payment and deposit applications
• Acts as first line of contact for user reported inquiries
• Ensures high quality support and great service to partners and clients
• Assists in identifying and implementing operational improvement concepts
• Develops reporting and metrics to measure performance
• Communicates clearly with end users and key stakeholders
• Mines data from primary and secondary sources
• Leads and coordinates small projects and initiatives
• Builds relationships and communicates effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in operational or support environment
• Client centric mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage change
• Proven track record of building strong… working relationships
• Strong decision making and analytical skills
• Attention to detail in documenting and implementing requirements
• Highly organized, detail-oriented
