Key Responsibilities:
? Transcribe audio recordings into documents accurately and promptly.
? Review and edit transcriptions for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
? Ensure that all documents meet the company’s quality and formatting standards.
? Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
? Manage and prioritize multiple transcription projects to meet deadlines.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure transcription requirements are met efficiently.
? Use transcription software and other tools to aid in accurate and fast transcription.
? Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, typist or in a similar transcription role.
? Excellent listening and typing skills, with a high typing speed and accuracy
? Strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
? Familiarity with transcription software and audio equipment.
? Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
? Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in transcription or related fields is a plus.
