About The Team
The administrative business partner team works with Stripes leaders to support their day-to-day administrative needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the companys strategic priorities. In this role, you will be a critical part of supporting our business function by offering administrative support to 2-3 leaders within the same organization.

Responsibilities
Provide complex calendar support for your leaders and, potentially, other members of their team
Manage and travel arrangements and process expense reports
Make recommendations for your executives with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization
Organize and plan team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action items
Partner with your executive to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and company goals/targets
Establish newand improve existingadministrative systems and processes
Support the operations and culture of various Stripe teams
Who you are

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company
You are incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute
You are excellent with time management and able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed
You have a knack for working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
You communicate, perform, and react well under pressure or ambiguity
You enjoy optimizing processes to make them more efficient
You are adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence
You are able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise
You have experience in a high-growth technology startup
Working remotely at Stripe
A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $112,700 – $169,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the roles On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidates experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
