Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support event planning and execution, including virtual meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
