Job Description

Senior Devops Engineers Have Become Experts/Participants And Are Responsible For Driving Innovation In The Development Of Devops Tools, Practices And Culture. You Contribute To Enterprise-Wide Requirements And Ensure Consistent Adoption, Including Maintenance, Scalability, Availability, Security, And Operational Costs.

Senior Devops Engineers:
• Building A Devops Strategy Covers Design, Development, Practices, And Culture.
• Develop And Maintain Devops Best Practices Including Version Control, Code Review, Automated Testing, And Deployment Strategies.
• Leverage Terraform, Ansible, Or Similar Tools To Create And Manage Your Infrastructure Based On Rules For Provisioning And Managing Resources In Your Cloud Environment.
• Implement And Manage CI/CD Pipelines Using Tools Like Jenkins And Circleci To Ensure Fast And Reliable Applications.
• Work With Your Security And Compliance Team To Ensure Your Team Adheres To Industry Best Practices And Regulatory Requirements.
• Monitor And Analyze Your Devops Pipeline And Practices To Identify Areas For Improvement, Optimization, And Automation To Improve Flow/Failure And Accuracy. Stay Up To Date With The Latest Information Technology, Trends, And Best Practices And Drive Adoption Across Your Organization’s Devops Ecosystem.
• Provide Training And Mentorship To Youth Groups To Foster A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing And Continuous Learning.

A Full-Time Remote Worker Is Considered For This Role.
• Have A Proven Experience Of At Least 10 Years In A Devops Data Development Platform, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
• Experience Working With Public Cloud Environments, GCP (Preferred) / Azure / AWS And Containerization Technologies (E.G. Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge Of Infrastructure-Based Concepts And Tools (E.G. Terraform, Ansible) For Resource Usage And Configuration.
• Hands-On Experience With CI/CD Pipeline Tools (Eg Jenkins, Circleci) And Control Systems (Eg Git). Good Writing Skills In Python, Bash, Or Similar Language.
• Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Solve Complex Devops Platform Issues And Deliver Effective Solutions.
• Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills And Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
• Knowledge Of Monitoring And Logging Tools (Such As Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Cloud Logging Solutions) To Ensure Application Performance And Physical Health.
• Excellent Knowledge Of Security In Devops, Including Knowledge Of Vulnerability Auditing, Compliance, And Security Practices.
• Leadership Experience, Including Mentoring And Training Junior Engineers, Is Preferred.
• Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or Related Fields. Preferred Mastery.
