• Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that every client receives exceptional cleaning services tailored to their needs. *Duties* – Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of various areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms. – Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. – Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. – Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner. – Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and preferences. – Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment. – Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. *Experience* – Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred. – Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management will be advantageous. – Customer service experience is essential to ensure client satisfaction. – Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is a plus. – Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
