<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute</li>
<li>Fluency in written and spoken English</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience is an added advantage</li>
