Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Assist with order tracking and processing
Document all customer interactions in the companys system
Provide excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
Access to a reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Educational Qualifications
