Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their issues and ensuring they have an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Work closely with the customer service team to meet individual and team goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
