Job Description
In your role as an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and feedback. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. Whether youre answering questions about product details, assisting with order issues, or resolving complaints, your goal will always be to leave the customer satisfied.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand and resolve customer issues, inquiries, and complaints promptly
Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies
Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds
Manage high volumes of incoming inquiries while maintaining quality
