As an Amazon Warehouse Stocker, you’ll be a critical member of the Amazon team, responsible for picking and packing customer orders and preparing shipments for delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Acquire and ready goods for shipping
• Take advantage of the latest technology available, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to make order processing faster and more accurate
• The act of creating, wrapping, arranging, and sending pallets and parcels
• Able to carry items up to 49 pounds in weight
• Receive truck deliveries
• Digital prompts can be particularly helpful for users who are new to a system or who have limited experience with technology
• During your work hours, you may be required to perform a range of physical movements, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching
• Employ the use of specialized gear like hand trucks and dollies to transport large items with minimal effort
• Climb and go down steps in buildings
• Undertake tasks at an altitude of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine floor, if required
