What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders including management and co-workers
– Evaluate and enter asset management data into support platforms and applications
– Review and distribute weekly regional KPI status reports to relevant personnel
– Assist with data integration and training for new team members on asset management platforms
– Make recommendations for maintenance strategies and improvements to equipment reliability
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating maintenance activities in a steel, mining, or heavy industrial environment
– At least 2 years of experience in maintenance scheduling/planning using CMMS
– Proficient in MS Office and CMMS
– Ability to read, analyze, and interpret large amounts of cost and performance-related data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mining, Mechanical, Process, or Electrical
– 3 or more years of experience coordinating multi-site maintenance teams in a heavy industrial setting
– Experience managing financial performance in a Maintenance and/or Operations setting
– Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams effectively
