• Analyze, identify, and address potential project issues.
• Review and coordinate project requirements and production workflows using different software utilities.
• Perform quality assessment and export deliverables on processed information…
• Load information from different processing platforms into review platforms.
• Back up processed information into system storage.
• Prioritize and complete assigned projects within required deadlines.
• Document actions taken while performing the task.
• Provide status updates/reports to the Manager.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of standard tools and software within Client service offerings.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish efficient case management, time management, quality assurance, and project deliverables.
• Provide support, guidance, and training to Associate staff.
• Work schedule may be dictated by Client needs. Must be available to work during holidays, weekends, and/or evenings.
• Coordinate team goals and service standards in accordance with Senior Manager.
• Enforcement of time tracking, project tracking, and quality control systems.
