Description:
• Research and analyze leave, retirement, and benefit programs across U.S. states for compliance.
• Identify reliable sources of legal and regulatory information regarding benefits programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state-specific leave, retirement, and benefit regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to create actionable plans for addressing compliance gaps.
• Provide training and education to employees on program changes.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong understanding of federal and state-level employee benefits regulations, including FMLA, state-mandated leave programs, and retirement plan requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Proven ability to perform detailed research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and presentations for various audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and other databases.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Highly collaborative and interpersonally effective.
