What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Document interactions and correspondence with members or providers clearly and concisely
• Navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of insurance terms and company offerings while working under direct supervision
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields
• 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or contact center environment is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technology-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
• A private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection
