Your primary objective will be to portray our dealer clients positively online, transforming these conversations into valuable leads that contribute to revenue generation from website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat.
• Provide precise and relevant information regarding products and services via chat.
• Schedule appointments by effectively identifying customer needs.
• Build and maintain an extensive knowledge base of our continuously evolving offerings.
• Capture customer contact details for lead generation and client assessment.
• Summarize customer interactions accurately for client review based on specific requirements.
Required Skills
• Strong customer service acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, preferably 40 WPM or above.
• Fundamental internet navigation skills and familiarity with computer applications.
• Excellent multitasking capabilities; experience in gaming may enhance performance in this role.
• Positive, professional demeanor coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to change and a preference for working in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail customer service or within the automotive sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
