Job Overview:

VocoVision is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, remote position to provide speech therapy services to elementary-aged students. This position is specifically to cover two consecutive maternity leaves, with the caseload predominantly consisting of students requiring speech-language therapy.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech-language therapy via telehealth to elementary students.
• Manage a caseload that includes students with a range of needs and varying levels of assistance.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure proper service delivery.
• Partner with IEP teams to evaluate, plan, and implement customized therapy goals.
• Offer bilingual speech therapy services, with approximately half of the caseload requiring Spanish language support in their IEPs.

Qualifications:
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in New York State.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in a school-based setting.
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and effective in a virtual work environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and communicate with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in developing and implementing IEPs.
