Description:
• Play a critical role in bridging the gap between data and customer decision-making.
• Responsible for constructing business-ready presentations, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights.
• Engage with Customer Success and Data Services teams to develop business-focused data solutions.
• Convert data insights into visually engaging presentations and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with clients to drive data requirements and identify data gaps.
• Leverage proprietary in-house tools for data transformation, preparation, and analysis.
• Perform appropriate data mapping between client-provided and BlastPoint-required attributes.
• Support upstream data science, data engineering, and platform onboarding processes.
• Conduct quality control checks on all data prior to client presentations.
• Become a power user of the BlastPoint platform.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
• BachelorÂ’s degree (or equivalent experience… in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced expertise in spreadsheet or BI software.
• Ability to translate data science into use case specific customer-facing collateral.
• Strong grasp of data analysis from a business perspective.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate US-based customer time zones.
• Independent work ethic in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
