Position Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious Business Leader to drive the growth of our content moderation services at RMSI. This role is pivotal in expanding our market footprint and accelerating sales, positioning you as a key player in our leadership team.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision to drive sales growth and expand RMSIs content moderation services. Set and achieve ambitious financial goals through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Lead the charge in responding to RFPs/RFIs and crafting persuasive proposals that secure new clients and contracts.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Leverage this intelligence to refine sales strategies and improve market penetration.
Solution Selling: Design and propose innovative solutions based on client requirements. Prepare and present compelling business cases to win new business and achieve revenue targets.
Sales Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, ensure targets are met, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of content moderation services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize delivery and address any challenges.
Experience:
15+ years of experience with a strong focus on sales and business development, including at least 4-5 years in a leadership role within content moderation or a related field.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and managing large-scale operations.

Education:
Engineering Graduate from a top-tier institution and an MBA from a reputable University/Institute
