What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and complaints
– Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring they feel supported and valued
– Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information and identifying customer needs
– Resolve billing or shipment issues while updating customer records accurately
– Collaborate with other departments to creatively resolve customer problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School diploma or G.E.D.
– At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related call center
– Strong computer skills and familiarity with business applications, including Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
– Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and multitask efficiently
– Good verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bilingual in Spanish
– Previous remote work experience
