Responsibilities
• Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests.

• Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers.

• Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
Requirements
• Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.

• Understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac) is a plus.

• Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
