Job Summary:
The Call Center Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and accounts.
? Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
? Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other customer service requests.
? Record and update customer interactions in the system for future reference.
? Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their satisfaction.
? Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
? Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
? Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred).
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.
