About the Role:
As a Chat Support Associate at UPS, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice guiding our customers through their inquiries. This remote role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, providing essential customer service through live chat support. You'll help ensure UPS customers receive the best possible experience by assisting with tracking, shipping, account issues, and much more.
What YouÂ’ll Do:
Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting with various customer concerns
Accurately document customer interactions and ensure follow-up when needed
Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, deliveries, and UPS services
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance customer satisfaction
Meet performance goals, including response time and quality standards

Strong communication skills (written) and a passion for helping people
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with customer service or support roles is a plus, but not required
