Job Description:
Trinity Industries is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. This position is remote and part-time, with the opportunity for advancement within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, possess a resilient and resourceful personality, and demonstrate strong soft skills in innovation and… people management.
Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service through chat support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new support strategies
– Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements:
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
– Experience with people management and the ability to work well in a team environment
