– Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Utilize strategic planning and decision-making skills to handle complex customer situations
– Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
– Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
– Excellent written communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
– Motivated and hardworking attitude
