The Child/Family/Teen Mental Health Therapist position at Thrive Counseling Center involves providing exceptional mental health services to children, teens, and families. Responsibilities
? Perform direct clinical counseling services to clients as scheduled, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

? Provide evidence-based, theory-driven therapy and demonstrate a strong sense of case conceptualization.

? Communicate with the patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.).
,
? Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in all aspects of work with clients, colleagues, and others.
,
? Respond to clients’ correspondence in a timely manner.
,
? Complete records and reports on time for each client in alignment with Practice policies and procedures.
,
? Conduct counseling services in a professional manner to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of the Practice.
Requirements
? Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work.

? Maintain active, unrestricted license in the State of Washington (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, OR LCPC).

? 1 years of directly related work experience.
,
? Residing in Washington State or having concrete plans to relocate to WA state.
,
? Availability to provide counseling services during mid/late afternoon-evenings and/or weekend days.
Nice-to-haves
? Experience with Play Therapy, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Family Systems Therapy/Approaches, CBT, DBT, EMDR.
