As a Client Experience Associate at Titan, you will be a key point of contact for investors during tax season, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements
• 2+ years in a Customer Experience/Service role
• Ability to handle challenging customer issues with empathy
• Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk
