Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs

Educational Qualifications

Experience
