Job Description

Requirements

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

– Provide detailed information about Amazon’s products and services

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

– Identify opportunities to improve client services and implement solutions

– Assist clients with account management and order processing

Educational Qualifications

Experience
