Travelers Cos. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while delivering exceptional service to our clients in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. • *Key Responsibilities:**
– **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
– **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– **Issue Resolution:** Assess problems and escalate to the appropriate internal departments as necessary, following through to ensure prompt resolution and client follow-up.
– **Data Entry & Management:** Accurately input and maintain client information in our systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to organizational policies.
– **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to clients.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the client experience.
– **Reporting & Analytics:** Utilize analytical skills to evaluate client feedback and performance metrics, developing recommendations for improvement initiatives.
– **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and best practices for client service.
• *Requirements:**
– **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorÂ’s degree is a plus.
– **Personality Traits:**
– Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with composure.
– Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
– **Soft Skills:**
– Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
