Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and provide support to a remote team of outpatient therapists

• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists, promoting their professional development
• Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders to optimize treatment outcomes
Required Skills

Qualifications
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credentials are required
• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical counseling or social work
• Proven background in staff training and quality assurance practices
