What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods in the Consumer Experience Center
– Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate consumer needs
– Maintain knowledge of AdventHealth service offerings and contact center technologies
– Confirm consumer identity and resolve inquiries accurately and promptly
– Initiate insurance eligibility and scheduling to maximize resource utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High-school diploma or equivalent
– 1 year of experience in a call center OR 2 years’ prior experience in a customer service environment
– Demonstrated behavior aligned with AdventHealth’s mission, vision, and values
– Critical-thinking skills to resolve consumer inquiries and scheduling conflicts
– Knowledge of healthcare setting focused on patient care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Two years of experience in a healthcare setting focused on patient care
– Associate’s degree
