We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our outbound sales team. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents.
• Ensure 130+ outbound calls are made daily by each team.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Train and coach team members to improve performance and achieve results.
• Monitor call centre metrics and KPIs to maintain high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize outbound sales processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing and training call centre employees focused on outbound sales.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Ability to foster a results-driven and energetic team culture.
• Must have 9 out of 10 English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in outbound sales, with a focus on lead generation and setting appointments.
• Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment, with a reliable computer (4 GB of RAM), high-speed internet, and a quality microphone headset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Cold calling: 3 years (Preferred)
• Contact Center Managing or Training: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $45,535.00 – $70,968.00 per year

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:
• Appointment Setter: 1 year (Preferred)
• Outbound Contact Centre Management: 3 years (Preferred)
