Our client, a prestigious non-profit, skilled nursing home and health care facility is in need of a top-gun Controller on a contract basis for a 3-4 month engagement. This position will report directly to the CFO and have board interaction, very high visibility. 100% Remote! This consultant will have an indepth understanding of managing day to day accounting, budgeting and producing financial… statements and assist with an upgrade of Workday.
REMOTE
$60-70/hour + 1.5 OT
Controller
Focus:
• Supervision of accounting team of 6 individuals, train and mentor
• Oversight of accounting, payroll, reporting, auditing and compliance
• Evaluation of Workday financial system with implemention of process improvement
• Financial statement preparation and presentation
• Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning with the CFO
• Grant management and oversight
Required
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors Degree
• WORKDAY experience required
• non-profit and/or healthcare experience a plus
