We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mojave Printing Solutions. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, process orders, and contribute to our company’s reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Process customer print orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide detailed product information about printing services and materials
• Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate customer records in our digital management system
• Assist with order tracking and provide status updates to customers
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of printing industry terminology
• Experience with order processing systems
• Associate’s degree or some college education

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
