Description:

Hybrid/Remote schedule after training
Fully onsite to start/training for 8 plus weeks, workers are allowed to Work from Home. Position is fully onsite during training and then transition to block schedule (2 weeks work from home 1 week in office).

Pay $17.50
• Basic computer skills test required w/ results posted on resumes

o Navigation in Outlook, computer general, toggling is a big one
• Hours are 8:00-4:30 , No exceptions to this schedule

This position is responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors degree or 3 years provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
• Data entry and/or typing experience.
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Detail oriented

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree
• 5 years provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience.
• 6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
