Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns for Zomato or Flipkart services.
• Educate customers about product features, promotions, and policies to enhance their overall experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality, productivity, and compliance with data security regulations.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance job performance and skills.
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude while representing the Teleperformance brand and fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements:
• Experience: Freshers Welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools are preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace conducive to remote work.
• Commitment to meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality service to customers.
