Description
Amazon Pharmacy is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. This remote role provides an excellent opportunity to represent one of the worlds leading companies while helping customers manage their pharmacy needs.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Responsibilities
Assist customers with their pharmacy-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Process prescription orders and handle billing questions
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Stay updated on Amazon Pharmacy policies, procedures, and offerings
